Prerequisites
- Go back to the PL: Installation page to confirm that you have followed all the prerequisite steps. (I could reproduce these links here, or would this be unnecessary duplication?).
- Make sure you have installed ODBClink in an approved location: PL: Choose the folder to install ODBClink
Known Error Messages
- Installation path is too long.
- The MYOB AccountRight Live API is corrupt and must be reinstalled
- The MYOB AccountRight Live API is not installed on the cloud
- The MYOB AccountRight Live API is not installed on the local machine or server
- ODBClink may not be compatible with your version of MYOB AccountRight Live
