Could not obtain the list of data files error message

Overview

If you receive the following error message 'Could not obtain the list of data files', determine whether you are trying to connect to an MYOB data file on a local machine, on the server or on the cloud.

Firstly try Manually testing a connection to MYOB AccountRight Live. If the connection to MYOB is working ok then go to the next step.


For users with their data file hosted LOCALLY

For users with their data file hosted on a SERVER

For users with their data file hosted in the CLOUD
