Troubleshooting Get Data Problems with MYOB AccountRight Classic

ODBC Driver must be installed
For ExcelReportLink or other third-party software to connect to your MYOB data file, the MYOB ODBC Driver must be installed and configured correctly. For more information, see Troubleshooting the MYOB ODBC driver.

Testing using the Clearwater data file

File Name problems

- Could not find a valid MYOB AccountRight Classic ODBC driver
- The username or password for your MYOB AccountRight Classic file is invalid
- The MYOB ODBC driver is invalid
- The MYOB ODBC driver is corrupt
- The MYOB ODBC driver is not compatible with 64-bit Excel
- The MYOB AccountRight Classic file could not be found
- The MYOB AccountRight Classic file was not specified
- The MYOB AccountRight Classic file is not registered for ODBC
- Errors occurred connecting to the (Data File Name) data file
