When connecting to the Cloud there are two log on credentials to be aware of
When your data file is located in the cloud there are two connection methods available.
The My.MYOB credentials are the user name and password used to log into your MY.MYOB web account. The my.myob user name is normally an email address
1) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using MY.MYOB account only.
The MYOB Data File credentials. The user Name is typically either Administrator or a Users Name
2) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using the data file USER NAME and PASSWORD.


When connecting to MYOB in the cloud there are two methods
==1) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using MY.MYOB account only.==
1) Federated Log in using your my.MYOB user name and password only. When using this method make sure that your my.myob account has suffient privilates to allow you log in without entering the data file password
If using this method and receiving an access denied error message then your my.myob user name and password does not have sufficient privilages.
2) Log in using your MYOB user name and password. When using this method make sure that you enter the Data File user name in the Data File Setup form and not the my.MYOB username
Try the second method

When you choose this method, a User Name and Password fields will appear
Make sure that you enter the data file user name and password here and not the my.myob user name and password
