Overview

Consolidated Profit and Loss Report

This report displays your profit and loss figures for each company or data file for a given financial year. It lists your accounts down the page and your companies across the page.

By default, the report is set to produce a consolidated profit and loss report by including all companies, cost centres and jobs. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for 2014.

Customising the Report

The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or financial years.

You can also use the Version Name Field to show a profit and loss report using your Actual, MYOB Budget or MYOB Job Budget data.
