Transaction Journal Report
Overview
This report displays a list of transactions for a given financial year and month. It's aim is to mimick the layout of the Transaction Journal screen in MYOB but allow users to filter and find transactions.
By default, the report is set to list all your transactions by including all companies, cost centres and jobs. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for 2014.
It displays the following columns across the page.
- Transaction Date Field
- Transaction Number Field
- Transaction Type Field
- Account Number Field
- Account Name Field
- Job Number Field
- Transaction Memo Field
- Debit Amount Field
- Credit Amount Field
It includes the following filters.
Notes
The Version Name Field is included to filter out budget figures from the report.
Customising the Report
The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or financial years.
