Budget Variance by Month Report
Overview
This report compares your Actual and Budget profit and loss figures. This report lists your account classifications and accounts down the page. It displays the months and versions across the page.
By default, the report is set to produce a consolidated profit and loss report by including all companies, cost centres, jobs and months. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers.
It displays the following columns across the page.
- Account Classification Field
- Account Number Field
- Account Name Field
- Month Field
- Actual Amount Field
- Budget Amount Field
- Variance Amount Field
- Variance Percentage Field
It includes the following filters.
Customising the Report
The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or financial years.
