== Overview ==

This report displays your profit and loss figures for a given financial year. Your [[Job Number Field|jobs]] and [[Account Classification Field|account classifications]] are listed down the page. The months are listed across the page.

By default, the report is set to produce a consolidated profit and loss report by including all companies, cost centres and jobs. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for 2014.

It displays the following columns across the page.

* [[Account Classification Field]]
* [[Month Field]]
* [[Tax Exclusive Amount Field]]

It includes the following filters.

* [[Company Name Field]]
* [[Cost Centre Name Field]]

== Customising the Report ==

The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or financial years.

You can also use the [[Version Name Field]] to show a profit and loss report using your [[Actual]], [[MYOB Budget]] or [[MYOB Job Budget]] data.
