== Overview ==

This report displays your trial balance movement figures for a given month and given financial year. It does this by showing the debits and credits that were posted to your accounts. This report lists your [[Account Number Field|accounts]] down the page.

By default, the report is set to produce a trial balance report by including all companies, cost centres and jobs. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for July and the 2018 financial year.

It displays the following columns across the page.

* [[Debit Amount Field]]
* [[Credit Amount Field]]

It includes the following filters.

* [[Company Name Field]]
* [[Cost Centre Name Field]]
* [[Job Number Field]]

* [[Account Classification Field]]

=== Notes ===

The account classification is included as a filter in order to remove the totals such as [[Gross Profit]], [[Operating Profit]] and [[Net Profit]] from the report.

== Customising the Report ==

The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs, financial years or months.
