== Overview == 

Saving in ExcelReportLink is different to saving normal Excel workbook as the reports themselves contain a lot of automation. 

In order to save a report to send to someone that doesn't have access to ExcelReportLink, you need to use the '''Save Report As Values''' or use the '''Publish functionality'''. See [[Publishing Reports]] for more information.

If, on the other hand, you want to save cosmetic or structural changes to the report template (e.g. font or colour changes), you need to save a custom report.  See [[Saving Custom Reports]] for more information.

ExcelReportLink does not allow you to change the original Standard Reports.
