Overview

A trusted location allows Excel to recognise files as being Safe. Adding a trusted location in Excel will ensure that DirectDebitsLink starts automatically rather than needing to Enable Macros each and every time.

In addition, on some machines, adding a trusted location will prevent DirectDebitsLink compile error.

Adding a trusted location automatically when first starting DirectDebitsLink

The first time you start the DirectDebitsLink , you will prompt to add a trusted location automatically. We strongly recommend you choose to do so.

Adding a trusted location manually

Alternatively, if you prefer adding the trusted location yourself, follow these steps.
