Access was denied to the MYOB AccountRight Live data file

This error typically occurs when:
- The wrong User Name and Password is used to connect to the MYOB AccountRight live data file or;
- You chose to Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using MY.MYOB account only.
- When the MYOB data file has been upgraded'.
When supplying your data file's user name and password, it is important to enter the data file's user name and password as entered within MYOB.
When using the option to Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using MY.MYOB account only, it is important that your MY.MYOB account is setup to allow connecting to your MYOB data file directly.
If you have upgraded recently then try re-browsing to the MYOB data file. Top do this follow the link below to open the Data File Information form and then click the Browse button and log back into my.MYOB
