DirectDebitsLink Folder

Overview

DirectDebitsLink exists as series of files and folders within a folder. During installation the default path for the DirectDebitsLink folder is the C: drive however it can be saved and named any path. The default name of the folder is DirectDebitsLink v[Version Number] An example of the folder name is C:\DirectDebitsLink 3.35.0.84

How to locate the DirectDebitsLink Folder

If DirectDebitsLink is open

1. From the DirectDebitsLink Menu click Help
2. From the DirectDebitsLink Help Menu click Links
3. From the DirectDebitsLink Help Links Menu click DirectDebitsLink folder

If DirectDebitsLink is not open

Upon installation DirectDebitsLink will prompt to add a DirectDebitsLink Shortcut to your desktop. The DirectDebitsLink Shortcut will exist if there is a DirectDebitsLink Logo with the name Start DirectDebitsLink v[Version Number] on your desktop. If the DirectDebitsLink Shortcut exists then follow the steps below to locate the DirectDebitsLink Folder

1. Right click on the DirectDebitsLink Shortcut and choose Properties.
2. Click the Shortcut tab
3. The DirectDebitsLink Folder path will be noted in the Target Field
