	The Budget Entry form contains two sections. The left visible side is where budgets get entered into. There is also a section on the right called Source Values. This can be activated in the Customize form. It can be used for displaying last years actual's for example. Once displayed on the right its then possible to ~~coopy~~ the data in the source values area to the Budget Entry area for the selected dimensions		The Budget Entry form contains two sections.
