Dropbox synchronises the databases rather than updating them like on a Server. As such only one person can enter budget data or change setting at the same time. For this reason, if choosing the Dropbox sharing path we recommend that you designate one person to either update BudgetLink and or control when users can update budgets etc. If you don't then the consequence could be duplicated databases and someone loosing their changes. As a safe guard re recommend that you lock you budget versions with a password if sharing using Drop Box. So if you are good with the above limitations then go for it | |||
