Overview

Some users experience issues when not logged into their MY.MYOB account prior to browsing their data file or performing a Get Data. To resolve these issues, follow these steps.

  1. Start Internet Explorer;
  2. Navigate to the my.myob.com website;
  3. Log in with the account with which you want to connect;

Once logged in, try either browsing for the data file or performing the get data and see if it works.
