Overview

Some users experience issues when not logged into their MY.MYOB account prior to browsing for their data file or performing a Get Data. To resolve these issues, follow these steps.

  1. Start Internet Explorer;
  2. Navigate to the my.myob.com website;
  3. Log in with the account with which you want to connect.

Once logged in, try either browsing for the data file or performing the get data and see if it works.
