How to Restore a Report

Overview

In BudgetLink Reports are Excel Workbooks.

Upon updating a report, BudgetLink takes a backup of it in the \BudgetLink\ System \Backup\Workbooks folder.

This article describes how to restore a Report from a backup.

Procedure

  1. Open the BudgetLink/ System/Backup/Workbooks folder
  2. Locate the Report (Workbook) to restore and copy it
  3. Paste the Report into the System folder and replace the report to discard
  4. Return to the Menu and click Refresh




Note:When the backs up are taken they get restored with the date time stamp. So that is why the names appear different.
