Menu
- Enhanced the menu to not refresh sheet when copy/paste is active.
- Enhanced saving workbooks to refresh menu during process.
- Enhanced upgrade process to correct menus of upgraded workbooks.
Layout
- Enhanced layout button to not dirty sheet.
Fixes
- Fixed autoexpandcols to expand correctly.
- Investigated opening balance issue when movement is posted to retained earnings account and data file is not rolled over. Fixed it.
