Troubleshooting Excel Problems
Overview
Some problems with BudgetLink can occur if your installation of Microsoft Office is corrupt. Repairing the installation fixes most problems.

Repair Microsoft Office
To repair Microsoft Office, follow these steps.
- Close out of Excel and any other Office App
- Click on the Start button in windows;
- Click on Control Panel;
- Click on Programs and Features;
- Scroll down the list and select your latest licensed version of Microsoft Office;
- Click the Modify/Change button above the list;
- Choose to perform a Quick Repair or Repair and wait for the process to finish;
- Once finished, reboot your machine;
- Then try BudgetLink again and see if the issue is resolved
If the previous solutions do not help resolve the problem, it may be worth considering reinstalling Microsoft Office. Please contact your IT Support provider.
