This support note explains how to go about sharing BudgetLink with multiple users
 
Sharing is only enabled for the Standard Edition or above
 
BudgetLink works differently to most software in that Microsoft Excel is the application and BudgetLink is Excel workbooks with macros
 
To share BudgetLink, you would approach it in a similar way to sharing a normal Excel Workbook
