Removing a login

Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to have security logins which prevents users from running BudgetLink. You can permanently remove a login from BudgetLink if it is no longer needed.

To remove a login, follow these steps. You must be logged in as the administrator before being allowed to remove any logins.

  1. From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
  2. Click on Security item in the menu;
  3. Click on the Manage Security button;
  4. Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
  5. Select the login to remove and click on the Remove Login button on the Manage Security Logins dialogue;
  6. Click on Yes to confirm removal;
  7. Click Close on the Manage Security Logins dialogue.

Notes

  • The Administrator login cannot be removed.
