Creating a worksheet set
Overview
BudgetLink has the ability to have security logins which prevents users from running BudgetLink. A worksheet set can be assigned to each login to control the reports to which users have access.
Adding a worksheet set
To add a worksheet set, follow these steps.
- From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
- Click on Security item in the menu;
- Click on the Manage Worksheet Sets button;
- Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
- Click on the Add Worksheet Set button on the Manage Worksheet Sets dialogue;
- Enter the Name of the worksheet set;
- Tick the reports belonging to this worksheet set;
- Click OK to add the worksheet set;
- Click Close on the Manage Worksheet Sets dialogue.
