New Instance of Excel

Overview

When BudgetLink opens it starts Excel. If Excel is already open it then starts a separate process and then proceeds to open BudgetLink in that separate process. The reason why we do it this way is so that if you already have Workbooks open, the will not be effected by the processing that BudgetLink does particulary during the Get Data process
