Renaming a login

Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to have security logins which prevents users from running BudgetLink. These security logins can be renamed.

Adding Security Logins

Manage Security Logins dialogue.

Edit Security Login dialogue.

To add additional security logins, follow these steps.

1. From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
2. Click on Security item in the menu;
3. Click on the Manage Security button;
4. Select a login and click on the Edit Login button on the Manage Security Logins dialogue;
5. Change the Name used to login;
6. Click OK to save your changes to the login;
7. Click Close on the Manage Security Logins dialogue.

Notes

You cannot change the name of the Administrator login.
