Overview
The Budget Analysis report allows you to compare Actual versus Budgets or other Versions.
It displays figures for the current period, the year-to-date period and the full year period across the page and displays your profit and loss accounts down the page.
How to view this report
To view this report, follow these steps.
- From the Menu, click on 12. Profit and Loss Reports;
- Click on Budget Analysis report.
How to use this report
There are many more comparisons that this report can produce. To do so, simply click on the Layout button and select from one of the following items.
- Previous Period
- Full Year Budget
- Last Year
- Average
- Last Year YTD
- Weekly Average
