For ease of locating job groups, all job groups get assigned the default prefix of 'GROUP - '. However, this prefix can be changed.

# Go to BudgetLink '''Menu''';
# Click on the '''30. Settings''' entry in the menu;
# Click on the '''Options''' entry in the menu;
# Click on the '''User Options''' button;
# From the User Options dialogue, select '''Jobs''' on the list in the left-hand side;
