Update Customer Custom Lists using Export update and Import

Situation

MYOB has custom lists and these need to be udpated in bulk

Customer Customer Lists Before Update

Procedure
1) Export the list to Excel

Customer Custom Lists exported to Excel
2) Add the New Name in Column D

Customer Custom Lists exported to Excel w New Names

Save as text file and import back in.

Set import option to Update existing data

Custom List Import Settings

Match all fields

Import Customer Custom Lists Match Fields

The list is now updated

Updated Customer Custom List
