Overview

You can connect DirectDebitsLink to your MYOB AccountRight Live 2016 or lower data file.

Requirements

Before Connecting DirectDebitsLink to MYOB AccountRight Live or lower on a Server or Local Machine, please ensure that the following tasks has been done.

Perform a manual testing to check whether your API is working.

• Installing the MYOB AccountRight Live API
• Starting the MYOB AccountRight Live services

Please note that you will not require the download the MYOB software, Make sure you have the login credentials for MYOB.

To connect DirectDebitsLink with MYOB AccountRight Live, follow these steps. Note that these instructions do not show you how get to the Data File Setup dialogue.

• Data File on Local Machine
• Data File on Server
• Data File on Cloud

Notes

• We recommend you use the Administrator user when connecting to your MYOB data file to ensure DirectDebitsLink has access to all data required.

• When connecting to an MYOB data file located in the cloud, you must first login in to your MY.MYOB account. This ensures that no third-party tool can connect to your data without authorisation.
