How to share BudgetLink from Dropbox

Overview

If users do not have access to a server and you want to share BudgetLink with them, you can do so by installing or transferring Budgetlink to Dropbox and sharing it. It works as normal for running reports however it as a limitation where only one person can use BudgetLink to update budgets or edit settings

Procedure

1. From Window Explorer, Right click on the BudgetLink folder in Dropbox and click share this folder
2. Uncheck Allow editors to manage membership of this folder
3. Enter the email address of the people you want to share BudgetLink with
4. Choose Can Edit
5. Click Share folder
