Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to consolidate multiple data files.

This functionality is enabled automatically and will activate once you add multiple data file connections to a single workspace.

How to enable or disable the data file consolidation function

To enable or disable the data file consolidation function, follow these steps.

  1. In the Excel Ribbon, select the Settings tab.
    If the settings tab is not displayed, you can show it by going to the BudgetLink tab and clicking Show Settings Ribbon.
  2. Click on the Set User Options button;
  3. Click the Company option on the left-hand side;
  4. Tick/untick the Enable Consolidated Company option.
  5. Click Save;
  6. Click Close;
  7. Run a Get Data.
