How to create a new instance of BudgetLink

Overview

If you have multiple clients and you wish to use BudgetLink for each of them then you can do this by creating a separate instance(copy) of BudgetLink for each client. To do so please follow the instructions below.

Prerequisite

An existing licensed installation of BudgetLink.

Procedure

  • Locate the BudgetLink Folder in the existing installation;
  • Copy and paste the folder to a new location;
  • Rename the BudgetLink folder to include the client name, i.e.ClientName-BudgetLink v2016.8.2.184 To differentiate from the previous copy;
  • Done.
