How to add subtotals

Add Subtotals

BudgetLink has the option to add Subtotals. Follow these steps to add sub totals in reports.

1. From the report, click on the Customise button;
2. In the dialogue there should be Subtotals: Yes/No ;
3. Select on Subtotals;
4. Tick Include subtotals on reports.;
5. Click Ok;
