Overview
BudgetLink can report on a number of financial years. While MYOB can only produce reports for three financial years (last year, this year, next year), BudgetLink has no such restrictions. Consult the following how to guides for more information.

How to change the number of financial years available in BudgetLink
By default, BudgetLink is configured to only retrieve a few financial years (Current, Last and Next) into memory. The Current Financial Year is set to the Financial Year in your data file
This default was created to control the time the Get Data process takes and memory usage.
BudgetLink has a setting which enables you override the number of years loaded.

How to change the start of the financial year
By default, BudgetLink uses your accounting products start month and end month to control when the financial year begins and ends. However, this can be changed if you are required to produce reports differently.
