- Fixed issue with publishing menu in excel 2013 where the menu is not included correctly.

- Fixed issue with company groups not saving correctly.

- Renamed the account hierarchy filter in the multi-company reports so as not to cross-polinate to other reports.
Restore Budgets
- Fixed issue with restoring budgets and failing due to companies not populated.
