Accounting Addons collects and stores personal information so that we can serve our customers. This information is collected when using our services, software or website. The information collected includes your name, phone number, email address, as well as information relating to the products you use and the challenges you face with those products. In order to providing support, consulting and custom development services we may request read only access to your data file/s. It will be up to you to agree to and provide that access to us.

We only use your personal information to improve our software or services or for the purpose for which it was either specified or reasonably apparent at the time when the information was collected. Data file information is only accessed for the purpose of building and testing solution or trouble shooting. When completed we will ask you to revoke access to the data file. Any copies of data will be deleted once the project is completed.

  • to our employees contractors for the purpose of providing services to your business;
  • where the law requires us to do so;
  • to any third parties where you consent us to do so.
